FORT VICTORIA

Photos of the large RFA built by Harland and Wolff at Belfast which was/ is a regular visitor to the Clyde along with her Tyne built sister FORT GEORGE. Sadly the latter is up for sale and FV has been doing sterling work out in pirate infested African waters.

I was never as lucky with photos of her on the Clyde as I was with FV and actually missed the two of them passing each other at Dunoon. However a New Year 2008-09 visit to the in-laws at Innellan netted this at Loch Striven.
