Photo sizing

Post by Patrick Hill » Sun Dec 05, 2010 9:43 pm

Anyone else having display problems with photos in messages? I seem to have the photos being oversize and cut off in messages, especially from the lads in Gibraltar. Any that are added as an attachment and placed inline (like mine) are ok. This only seems to have started over this weekend as all was ok last week...

I also noticed Patrick, but when you click on the photo to open it to its proper size it opens ok. Could be worng but the boards seem 'thinner' with all the christmas bunting around it.

I'll string along with Daniel...reckon it's the Christmas decorations (which incidentally are excellent!) that has pushed the photos and cut the edges. Never mind, click on them and you get the Picture, never better said!

Yes, you are correct - I noticed photos getting chopped off last night. The width of the posting window is a bit narrower with this theme. If you can live with it till after Christmas, then all should return to normal.

Are you suggesting that I'm big and hairy . . . .

I'd have thought that description is more apt for a certain islander!!!

The Christmas theme was causing the images to be cropped - will need to look for something better next year!

Yes ... Yes .... that's exactly what he was suggesting, with due apologies to the Barbary Macaque ......

As for that 'certain islander' that you malign, notwithstanding this Christmas Season and Goodwill to ALL men, etc, were you aware that Big Ronnie Mac Neil of Castlebay is 6' 9" in his stocking soles and is a Black Belt to boot ? Jings ... you are brave, I'll give you that, suicidal ... but brave ..... :o
