For Motorsailer

June alongside in Tarbert when we were there for the then Bell Lawrie Scottish Series 2007.

Thanks for putting up the pic of JUNE at Tarbert Jamie.
She was at Dunstaffnage Marina during winter 2009/10 one of the coldest we have had. Thankfully I'd not listened to the optimists who considered the Gulf Stream a blessing which makes it a safe bet not to bother with antifreeze in the exhausts. (folklore) A local advised me to actually make the mix a bit stronger as the amount of fresh water coming through the Loch Etive system lowers the salinity in that area at times. One popped connection on an incompletely drained plastic pipe leading to the galley sink was all that troubled her.
A very useful addition by the previous owner was the rather smart canvas covers protecting the bilges from rainwater when not in use. Much better than having gallons of the stuff trickling down over the engines and other gear.

Have you been able to keep up the progress on Shelagh recently ?
