A wee bit earlier I think as NORFOLK was completed in 1947 and I think the launch is PORT WELLINGTON which looks like it was a decent February day in 1946! A good film and superb being in colour for its time. A young John Rannie I'm sure showing the visitors round. Reminds me of my tour of GLENFALLOCH at the Fairfield yard. Oh that we could have some industry back nowadays instead of endless shops and cafes to give the upcoming generation REAL jobs.
