HMS PRINCE OF WALES

Post by Allan » Fri Aug 29, 2014 11:01 pm

ERACLEA was the ocean-going tug that took the LB03 section of HMS PRINCE OF WALES from the Clyde Estuary round to Rosyth.

Following her today on AIS, her last port of call was Portsmouth – her current position is approaching Rosyth, ETA midday tomorrow, with the status of being under “restricted manoeuvrability” – anyone know if she’s bringing another section of the Aircraft Carrier from Portsmouth up to Rosyth?

Lower block LB02 from Portsmouth, I think.
