Unknown tug at Greenhithe

Saw this tug at Greenhithe (Thames) last Saturday 24th July can anbody give me a name. It appears to be in the middle of a refurbishment, thanks in advance

Was speaking to somebody at Gravesend on Saturday (31st July) and they were certain it was a tug called JOKER.

1990: To "HCH Services Ltd" at Greenhithe (GBR)
199x: To "Seawork (MIT - Marine International Transmissions)" at Queenborough (GBR)
199x: To Nick E. Murray of Queenborough (GBR)
2002: rebuild commenced
2005: relaunched

If you look at msg 129993 on TT you will see that it not the JESTER mentioned above by Piet.
