GLADIATOR, probably taken near the Ruytingen buoy off the Belgian coast in July 1914 when a consignment of 19th century rifles from Germany was transferred to the yacht ASGARD to be smuggled into Ireland for the Irish Volunteers, prior to the "Easter Rising"
