Scotts' built her in 1948 as CYCLOPS being renamed in 1975. She ended her days on the Clyde arriving at Dalmuir on 25th August 1977 for scrapping.

She was built at Osaka in 1971 and stayed with her original owners all her career being broken up at Kaohsiung in May 1986.

Sold in 1989 she became BERTA DAN and as PARTNERSHIP she arrived on Gadani Beach during August 2012 for scrapping.

ELLION HOPE was her new name on sale in 1980 and she was scrapped on Gadani Beach in February 1983.

She was laid up at Chittagong in 1983 and subsequently broken up there in February 1985.

In 1981 she was renamed FU SHUN CHENG and as RUN FAST she went to Indian breakers in 1998.

As NIHON she caught fire at Bandar Abbas in March 1983 and was beached.

She was built as CATHERINE at the Provence yard in France in 1963 and was lengthened in 1971 taking the name KATHERINE in 1977.
She arrived on Gadani Beach on February 3rd 1984 to be broken up.

In 1950 she went to Lamport & Holt but was bareboat chartered to Blue Star.
In 1953 the charter ended and she was renamed DRYDEN.
1955, again chartered to Blue Star as PATAGONIA STAR and in 1957 renamed COLUMBIA STAR.
1963 saw her chartered to L&H renamed DRYDEN
She was scrapped at Kaohsiung in 1968.

She was fairly new then, Polish built in 1974 at the Komuny Paryskiej yard at Gdynia.
She was deleted from Registers on November 11th 2011......

She and her two sisters, LYNESS and TARBATNESS were built by Swan Hunter on Tyneside. I saw one fitting out at Wallsend away back in 1967.
They all went to the US Military Sealift Command in the mid-1980s, STROMNESS becoming USNS SATURN.

She stayed with them until the mid-1970s when she was sold and renamed CAPETAN NICOLAS under which name she was scrapped in 1986.
I took this in King George V Dock in 1964.

She was broken up in Spain in November 1985.
ARIS CARRIER-She was built by Harland and Wolff at Belfast as CARRONBANK for Bank Line in 1957 and this was taken at Meadowside in 1974 also.
She was scrapped as MAYSTAR in 1982.

She was Swedish built in 1963 and as with most of her type was sold on, becoming PINDAROS later in 1976.
She had a long life arriving as DON at Chittagong 28th October 1990 for scrapping.

She was later sold becoming RONHILL and as IONIAN SKIPPER was broken up at Karachi in May 1985.
